Variants: There are three issues of this edition. Greg 540a(i) contains the original title leaf dated 1638, which lists "Richard Oulton" as printer and Green as publisher. The second issue contains a cancel title leaf dated 1639, which lists "R. Oulton" as printer, no publisher, and a slightly different author attribution; it exists in two states; Greg 540a(ii*) names Queen Henrietta Maria's Men, while Greg 540a(ii†) does not name a playing company.
